Built in Erie, Pennsylvania, by Heisler Locomotive Works
Size: 33 feet long, 12 feet high, 9 feet wide.
Weight: 36 tons
All-wheel drive for Mt Tam’s steep grade (7% max)
Modified in Mill Valley: A unique watering system is added, to keep wheels from squealing against steel rails on the 281 turns
