We are disappointed to announce that due to the COVID-19 situation and the shelter-in-place order currently in effect in California, Friends of No. 9 has decided to postpone its “All Aboard!” fundraiser.
The event, scheduled for May 24, 2020, was to have been held in conjunction with The Mill Valley Historical Society’s Walk Into History, which has also been canceled. We are actively searching for a new date in 2021 for this gala event. In the meantime, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for all of the support that we have received.
Despite these unprecedented times, we will continue our planning to restore this unique cultural treasure and bring Engine No. 9 back to its home.
